    Commercial Manager

    Job Ref: JB645

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the Business Development of the East African market for Personal Care and Home Care manufacturers and help the market for product range enhancement as well as improve the quality of existing products on the shelf.

    Requirements

    • B. Tech, Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or any relevant degree
    • Should have the necessary skills to develop Personal Care and Home Care product formulations at lab-level
    • Experience in Quality Control, R&D or Production is required
    • Previous Sales experience is an added advantage
    • Sales mindset with strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent command of English language
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is mandatory
