Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Mombasa for a Commission Insurance Sales Associate.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling insurance products, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Other tasks include meeting sales targets, educating customers on insurance policies, and supporting clients in the claims process. The role includes engagement with individual and corporate clients, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong Customer Service skills with an understanding of client needs
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in both Swahili and English is highly beneficial
