Job Summary

• A minimum of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D plain or its approved equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Undergone or is ready to undergo a disciplined forces induction course lasting not less than six (6) months;
• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Be physically and medically fit;
• Be between the age 18 and 28 years;
• Be in possession of a National Identity Card;
• Certificate in computer application skills; and
• Valid certificate of good conduct from the National Police Service

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe custody of exhibits;
• Providing security during MCS patrol activities;
• Arresting and ensuring safe custody of suspects;
• Offering security to officers on patrol activities; and
• Providing general sentry services; and
• Providing security for the fisheries MCS command centre.
