Key Responsibilities:

As a Consultant Trainer in Structural Design, you will:

Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

• Create and facilitate high-quality training sessions on structural design principles using ETABS and ProtaStructure software.
• Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of diverse clients, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience.

Update and Enhance Course Materials:

• Continuously revise training materials to incorporate the latest advancements in structural engineering and software updates.
• Develop hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-world scenarios to enhance participant understanding.

Employ Effective Instructional Techniques:

• Use interactive teaching methods, including role-playing, simulations, and group discussions, to maximize engagement.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages active participation and problem-solving.

Stay Current in Structural Design Trends:

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in structural engineering, ETABS, and ProtaStructure software.
• Share insights and industry best practices to maintain the relevance and quality of training programs.

Minimum Qualifications and Professional Experience:

Educational Background:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional certifications or training in ETABS and ProtaStructure software are highly desirable.

Professional Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in structural design or analysis, with hands-on expertise in ETABS and ProtaStructure.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or consultancy is a strong advantage.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design concepts, with a focus on ETABS and ProtaStructure software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
