Contract Manager at Viscar Industrial Capacity

Key Deliverables

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Acting as a primary point of contact with clients to facilitate and expedite the review and negotiation of assigned contracts
• Identifying and analyzing key legal, compliance, and business issues in contract drafting and negotiations
• Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with the company policy
• Managing and organizing contracts within the document management system
• Assisting with the continuous improvement relating to development and maintenance of standard contract terms and templates as well as contract management tools
• Ensuring the signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness interpretation to support implementation.
• Provide redlined recommendations directly with the client’s attorneys or purchasing staff until a consensus is reached.
• Monitoring completion, customer satisfaction with the company terms, and recommending changes.
• Providing guidance on contract matters to project managers and other operational staff
• Responding to any inquiries regarding contracts

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Law Degree
• Must be a licensed attorney
• Previous 5 years of experience working with real estate contract law.
