Contracting & Database Administrator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Negotiate the best possible rates and seek opportunities to improve performance of self and the team.
- Negotiating special offers with suppliers to maximize sales.
- Assist in reviewing the existing contracts in response to changing trends and market needs.
- Coordinating with the database team and accurate loading of data and contracts in the operating systems.
- Assisting the sales team in understanding supplier contracts and data format, terms and conditions including rates status.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Contracts Management/Database Administration.
- At least 3 years' experience in contracts management preferably in Travel and Tourism sector.
- Strong analytical and logical skills with special emphasis on being detail-oriented
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and supplier relationship management skills.
