Job Description

The core task is to track and trace all the fleet online and make reports as required on rear seal violations, speed violations, overlapping, driver fatigue, and harsh braking. Report all incidents and accidents involving by company fleet in all towns, highways, and at parking. Pick and trace on all violations as provided on the transport reporting system by any company vehicles and share before daybreak or nightfall.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Record vehicle booking data into the fleet management system, including vehicle travels, work orders, and gate passes.
• Track the trips from start to finish to account for the time it takes drivers to service an order.
• Monitor and report on any fleet online violations as provided.
• Keep track of and report on the security of the vehicle and goods.
• Monitor and report driver departures and movements through the TMS.
• Follow up on all motor vehicle movements in all the branches and report as directed in the reporting structure.
• Escalate serious violations, accidents, and goods threats through intelligent locks tampering to the transport &logistics manager.
• Any additional responsibilities given by the Transport Manager
• Reports and escalates any driver distress on the highways to the service providers for security and safety.
• Act as the management eye in intelligence reporting on all vehicle matters on all company vehicles, including staff company vehicle abuse.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Security management or diploma in computer sciences
• 3+ years of continuous work experience in the Vehicle telematics
