Key Responsibilities

• Control vehicle movement to ensure appropriate emergency responses.
• Attend to all customer needs to their satisfaction. Conduct timely roll call for emergency response crews to confirm operational readiness.
• Daily reports on alarms activations and faulty alarms and follow up with technical department to ensure closure.
• Initiate prompt recovery of all lost/stolen vehicles.
