Conversion Project Lead at Oasis Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate directly with conversion clients to manage
• Project timelines, updates, resource alignment, information requests, risks, and next steps.
• Communicate Project flow and expectations to all involved parties.
• Identify Project complexity to allow identification of project resources needs and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of payroll/benefits or tax administration experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Prior experience in system conversion or implementation department preferred.
• Experience with payroll software preferred.
• Must have a Diploma or Degree.
