Job Description

1. To ensure that the food prepared in the kitchen are hygienic and as per instructions given and expected standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare food and beverages as directed by departmental in charge and or Nutritionist .
2. Ensure cleanliness in food processing areas after meal service according to required sanitation guidelines and cleaning schedule.
3. Responsible for patient’s meal deliveries depending on the health requirements and rations as per the menu.
4. Prepare any special orders required by patients through nutritionist .
5. Ensuring proper receiving, storage, preparation and service of the food are followed for high health standards .
6. Ensure food required is the one prepared.
7. Any other responsibilities assigned by the in charge.

Education + Experience

1. Diploma/Certificate in Food and Beverage Production.
2. Good logistics skills.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. At least two (2) years’ work experience in a similar position.
