    Corporate Sales Executive

    About the job

    • Proven is looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven and proactive Sales & Business Development Executive to support the growth of their market in Kenya and the Region.
    • The role involves generating leads, closing sales, managing client relationships, conducting outreach, and growing corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. He/She will do so by identifying key business opportunities and prospects. The goal will be to meet and exceed the set Monthly and Annual Targets and increase our revenue. 

    Responsibilities

    • Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
    • Identify new business opportunities to generate revenues
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets
    • Negotiate contract proposals and sales agreements with clients and business partners
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
    • Qualify opportunities and manage prospects through the full sales cycle.
    • Research, identify and target prospective clients aligned with company strategy.
    • Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn/social media outreach and other prospecting activities.
    • Generate meetings through proactive outreach and networking.
    • Participate in bids and tenders.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree in a Business related field or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of Corporate sales experience
    • Proven history of closing sales
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Proactive and self-motivated
    • Strong attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and quality.
    • Confident, adaptable, and globally minded.
    • Strong team working skills
    • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
    • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Salesforce).
    • Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
