Country Manager at Freight In Time

• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in the logistics industry, specifically in air cargo handling, warehousing, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive country strategy aligned with the company's vision.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market share.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, including air cargo handling, warehousing, and distribution.
• Financial Management: Manage the P&L for the country, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
• Reporting: Regularly report performance metrics, financial results, and operational updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. In the absence of a Degree, experience will be considered.
• Proven track record in the logistics industry, with a focus on air cargo handling and warehousing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management.
• Fluency in English.
