Courier Operations Manager at Bolt

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale courier operations across multiple cities.
• Hire, coach, and lead the courier operations team, beginning with a technical specialist.
• Build and optimise scalable operational processes.
• Monitor and enhance courier KPIS, such as delivery time, online hours, and hourly earnings.
• Develop operational and financial models to drive efficiency and reduce CPO.
• Collaborate with local and headquarters teams to implement initiatives

About you:

• You have a degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
• You have 6+ years of experience, ideally in both corporate (e.g., banking) and startup environments.
• You have strong team management and leadership abilities.
• You are proficient in advanced Excel/Sheets modelling; SQL is a plus.
• You have a hands-on, field-driven approach with couriers.
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
