Critical Care Nurses
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma , KCSE
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Medical / Healthcare
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to critically ill patients based on the applying nursing process.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing changes that may require intervention.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Diploma in Community Health Nursing from recognized institution KRCHN,
- KRM, KRN or BSc in Nursing
- K.C.S.E C Plain and above
- ACLS & BLS certifications from a recognized institution
- Certificate in Computer applications
- Valid practice license & registered with Nursing Council of Kenya
- Minimum three years and above of working experience in a busy hospital
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player & Self motivated
- Able to multitask without losing quality of work
- Strong and pleasant personality
