Role Summary:
- Owns customer retention and lifecycle marketing.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage email, SMS, WhatsApp
- Develop CRM strategies campaigns
- Build loyalty programs
- Segment customer base
- Optimize lifecycle marketing
KPIs:
- Repeat purchase rate
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Retention rates
- Revenue from CRM channels Churn rate
