    Customer Care Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients, answer inquiries, and provide information on garage services.
    • Schedule vehicle servicing appointments and follow up with customers.
    • Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs or maintenance.
    • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service queries professionally.
    • Coordinate with technicians to update clients on service progress.
    • Maintain customer records and issue service invoices.
    • Promote a positive customer experience to retain and attract clients.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma/Certificate in Customer Service, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a garage or automotive environment.
    • Knowledge of vehicle parts, services, and general automotive terms.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic invoicing systems.
