    Customer Delight Representative

    Job Description

    we seek a Customer Delight Representative who wants to deliver exceptional customer success. You do everything to please the customer, you are super responsive and make sure that every customer leaves the interaction with Greenspoon with a smile! You come up with nice ideas to surprise the customers and are able to track KPIs regarding customer success. 

    Job Responsibilities

    The Customer Delight Representative will help us with the following:

    1. Drive our NPS score and customer service score
    2. Responding to customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
    3. Contacting customers with abandoned carts or failed orders/payments
    4. Contacting and reactivating inactive customers
    5. Check retention rates
    6. Set up customer service processes
    7. Come up with creative gifts or giveaways for customers
    8. Cross selling for orders

    Job Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s level 
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Swahili
    3. Super representative
    4. Extremely patient and empathic with customer
    5. Super problem solver and organizer
    6. Eager to learn
