This is a full-time role for a Customer Experience Associate at our headquarters in Nairobi County, Kenya. Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in the water or environmental industry is a plus
Fluency in English and Swahili
On-call duty- The position may involve on-call duty during nights and weekends
