WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on customer service experience.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, bakery or similar customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
- Good POS and basic computer skills.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
