    Customer Support

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication or a related field.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email systems).
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
