Kasha’s e-commerce is highly accessible across the region and customers can order via website, app, USSD (basic mobile phone, no internet), call center or social media. On top of the consumer business, Kasha’s business includes market insight, analytics, and service offerings to global manufacturers of FMCG, Pharma and Beauty products with the aim of helping them drive their revenue and market penetration.

    Data Analyst

    As a data analyst, here are some of the key competencies that you should possess:

    1. Technical expertise regarding data models, data querying, and data visualization techniques
    2. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and data analysis frameworks
    3. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python, etc.)
    4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    5. Proven capability at querying, report writing, and presenting findings
    6. BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
