Digital Marketing Manager at Mogo Finance

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own our paid media strategy and drive customer acquisition. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the expert responsible for turning advertising budget into measurable business growth. You will have ownership of our performance marketing channels and play a key role in shaping our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and run our paid search and paid social campaigns across all major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). You will manage the budget to maximize results.
• Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Dive deep into campaign data to continuously improve performance. Your focus will be on maximizing ROI and increasing conversion rates for our loan products.
• Collaborate on Content Strategy: Work closely with our Brand & Communications team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. You'll ensure our brand message is effective in paid channels.
• Drive Website Performance: Lead projects to improve our website as a primary lead generation tool, including overseeing SEO initiatives and content updates to enhance the user experience and conversion funnels.
