Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the company's social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools for analysis
• Grow social media followers and online engagement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Post and engage potential clients on the various social media platforms.

Professional Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelors degree preferably in IT, Computer Science, Design or Communications.
•  Over 3 years of experience in E-commerce/Social Media Sales and marketing .
•  Sound knowledge about upcoming technologies related to digital marketing.
•  Have extensive knowledge on SEO
•  Have excellent analytical abilities
•  Must posses creative capabilities in graphic design and videography
