    Digital Sales Executives (2 Vacancies)

    Job Summary:

    • The Digital Sales Executives are responsible for driving digital sales and revenue generation within the respective sectors. This role involves leveraging digital channels and technologies to identify, engage, and convert prospects into customers. The Digital Sales Executive plays a critical role in developing and executing digital sales strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the respective sectors. Identify target audiences, define value propositions, and tailor sales approaches to meet sector-specific needs and objectives.
    • Lead Generation: Utilize digital channels such as email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and online advertising to generate leads and inquiries from target organizations and individuals.
    • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content, creatives, and messaging aligned with sector-specific priorities and audience preferences.
    • Sales Funnel Management: Manage the digital sales funnel from lead acquisition to conversion, and track prospects through each stage of the sales process.
    • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Tailor presentations to address sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
    • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital sales performance, including key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, sales pipeline velocity, and revenue growth. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize sales strategies.
    • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital sales and marketing. Participate in training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Digital Sales Executive (Economy, Banking and Finance):

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance and Banking, Insurance, Cooperative Management or a related field.
    • Certification in Digital Marketing
    • Proven track record of success in digital sales and marketing roles, with a minimum of 1 year
    • experience in B2B or B2G sales, preferably within the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sectors. Deep understanding of digital sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with experience using digital tools and platforms such as CRM software, marketing automation systems, and analytics tools.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Digital Sales Executive (NGOs/Not for profits):

    • Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E), Environmental Science, Social Work, Disaster Management, Internal Relations, or a related field.
    • Certification in Digital Marketing
    • Proven track record of success in digital sales and marketing roles, with a minimum of 1 year experience in B2B or B2G sales.
    • Deep understanding of digital sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with experience using digital tools and platforms such as CRM software, marketing automation systems, and analytics tools.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
