Royal Media Services Limited is recruiting for the above position. We are looking for a trained creative digital video/photographer with great production and organizational skills. The jobholder is expected to be a team player, a problem solver with great attention to detail and possess a clear understanding of overall content production process.

The jobholder’s role will include the following:

• Film quality indoor and outdoor audio-visual content using modern production equipment
• Responsible for producing compelling quality video content that can be shared with demanding audiences across social media channels and other online platforms.
• Work with production and editorial team members to deliver on creative content that meets all deliverable deadlines.
• Ability to mine through hours of original footage and create short and compelling content that can tell the same story in a few minutes or even seconds.
• Timely delivery of assigned productions.
• Responsible for developing innovative new ways to create compelling video content that can be shared
• Employing a data-driven approach to video content by using analytics to inform ongoing video creation strategy.

Key focus areas: Engage in the pre-production, production and post-production process of assigned visual projects.

Academic and professional Experience

• Diploma in Communication/TV production with relevant practical experience. Bachelors in Communication/TV production will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative suite, Media Encoder and Final Cut Pro is required
• A deep understanding of programming across social media channels, including experience creating original video for social platforms including YouTube, Facebook… is required.
• Proven knowledge of digital media and content landscape is required.
