Duties
Position serves as the Diplomatic Courier Escort supporting the Regional Courier Operations from the Nairobi Regional Diplomatic Courier Hub (NRDCH). Nairobi is a hub that provides courier operations for thirteen (13) posts in Africa. The incumbent supports these regional operations and also serves as the classified pouch clerk for the Embassy; preparing outbound pouches, receiving inbound material and distributing that material and ensuring accountability using the pouch module in the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS). Although this is a Diplomatic Security (DS) operation, the position is supervised by the Nairobi Regional Diplomatic Courier Hub Supervisor (NRDCH). Top Secret Clearance is required.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Experience:
Minimum of one year administrative work experience is required.
Education Requirements:
Completion of high school is required.
