Director of Risk Management at Network Recruitment

Key responsibilities:

Rolling out the operational risk framework across the Bank, leading a talented team, and providing crucial insights to the Risk Management Committee. You'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure operational risks are well-managed, and performance dashboards are clear and actionable.

Requirements to meet prior to applying:

• Minimum 10 years of Operational Risk Management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• A university degree and operational risk qualifications.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional communication abilities to influence and inspire stakeholders.
