    Director of Sales and Marketing

     Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.  You will be responsible to lead the Sales & Marketing team to plan, coordinate and monitor all Sales & Marketing activities in conjunction with Hyatt Specialists, hotel General Manager and Management Team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing in hotel industry.
    • Result oriented, team player, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
    • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
    • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
    •  Good command on both written and spoken English
