Dispatch Assistant - 2 Positions
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Logistics
Key Responsibilties
- Coordinate daily dispatch and shipment movements.
- Prepare and verify waybills, manifests and dispatch documentation.
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery status.
- Coordinate with drivers, branches and customers.
- Ensure accurate recording and updating of shipment information.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and PODS.
- Support timely resolution of dispatch and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports.
Requirements
- Moving People, Goods and Opportunities Across Kenya
- Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field. 1-2 years' experience in dispatch/logistics is an added advantage.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of waybills, manifests, PODs and shipment tracking is an advantage.
