About the Job

Detailed responsibilities include:

• Responsible for Planning, Scheduling and Coordinating timely dispatch of goods
• Receiving purchase orders from customers for delivery and booking it.
• Generates and send invoices to customers for the products they have received. This includes listing what was; provided, how much the cost and total amount.
• Maintaining detailed records of dispatch activities including delivery times, route taken, and proof of delivery
• Customer care-liaison with commercial team and clients to provide delivery updates, resolve complaints, and ensure high service standards.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Verify dispatch documents and ensure accuracy of orders being shipped.
• Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on dispatch performance and logistics operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during dispatch.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG is preferred.
• Proficiency in dispatch management systems.
