Distribution Depot Manager at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.   
• Supervise, train, and manage depot and warehouse staff.   
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock counts, and reporting.   
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules with sales teams.   
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational compliance standards.   
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.   
• Manage transporters, logistics partners, and delivery timelines.   
• Monitor depot KPIs including order accuracy and turnaround times.   
• Prepare depot budgets, cost controls, and operational reports.   
• Resolve delivery, stock, and customer service issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.   
• 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or distribution management.   
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.   
• Knowledge of inventory systems, WMS, and logistics processes.   
• Understanding of safety standards and warehouse operations.   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
