    Business Performance Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to monitor performance against targets and KPIs.   
    • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for management and key stakeholders.

    Head of Collections

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement collections strategies aligned to weekly repayment models.   
    • Lead, manage, and coach internal debt collection teams and external agencies.   
    • Monitor and control portfolio at risk (PAR), delinquency ratios, and recovery performance.   
    • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collections targets are achieved.   
    • Oversee early, mid, and late-stage delinquency management processes.   
    • Review and approve repayment plans, restructures, and write-off recommendations.
