    Sales Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet targets.   
    • Develop and implement territory sales plans and strategies.   
    • Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with sales reps.   
    • Track team performance using KPIs, sales reports, and pipelines.   
    • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.   
    • Manage key accounts and handle escalated customer issues.   
    • Coordinate sales promotions and product launches with marketing teams.   
    • Ensure compliance with pricing, credit, and company policies.   
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback.   
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.   
    • 3–5 years’ sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.   
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.   
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.   
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.   
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.   
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
