Sales Representatives at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.   
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.   
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.   
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.   
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in the CRM system.   
• Prepare sales quotations, orders, and basic contracts.   
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery with the operations team.   
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and pricing trends.   
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.   
• Submit weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school certificate; diploma or degree is an added advantage.   
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in distribution or FMCG.   
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.   
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.   
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.   
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
