    Doorman

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure with a genuine smile and courteous manner.
    • Open doors, assist with luggage, and escort guests as needed.
    • Coordinate closely with valet, bell desk, and reception to ensure smooth guest flow.
    • Maintain the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety at all times.
    • Provide guests with directions, local area information, and respond to basic inquiries.
    • Monitor guest arrival patterns and assist with managing traffic at the front drive.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and be alert to guest needs at all times.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
    • Excellent grooming and communication skills.
    • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage.
    • Friendly, approachable personality with a commitment to guest service.
