Drafting Assistant – Personal Injury Law at Oasis Outsourcing

• Are you a skilled legal writer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for justice? We're looking for a Drafting Assistant to support our personal injury legal team in creating clear, compelling, and accurate legal documents.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements 
• Prepare professional correspondence for clients, insurance firms, and medical providers 
• Review and summarize case documents, including police reports and medical records 
• Organize case files and maintain precise documentation 
• Ensure grammatical, legal, and formatting accuracy in all documents 
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards

Your Profile: 

• High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies preferred 
• Prior experience in personal injury law or legal support is highly desirable 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management software 
• Familiarity with legal terminology and formatting standards 
• Professional, organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
