• Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
• Keep accurate trip records and delivery logs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and logistics personnel.
• Assist with loading/offloading when required.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or delays immediately. Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driving License with appropriate class: (C1/C/CE/CD).
• Minimum education: KCSE Certificate or equivalent. Aged 28 years and above (depending on license class required).
• Defensive Driving Certificate (MANDATORY).
• 4 years plus work experience as a driver - preferably truck/bulker experience
• Certificate of Good Conduct (VALID).
• Good understanding of traffic laws and highway code. Physical fitness and ability to handle long-distance driving.
• Ability to perform minor vehicle checks and maintenance. Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• The drivers should be able to operate these specific vehicle Models; FAW, BEIBEN,TATA NOVUS,FUSO,MAN-(PRIME MOVERS), FH & FUSO CANTER TRUCKS.

ADDED ADVANTAGES

• first AID or Emergency Response training.
• Certificate of Competence (NTSA/recognised institutions)
• Previous experience in logistics,transport, or fleet management.
• Clean driving record with no history of serious offenses.
