Job Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or a related field. Relevant certifications in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields are a bonus. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related field is required.

Job Must Have

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems. Strong understanding of online sales strategies, digital marketing and e-commerce best practices. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Ability to create and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze e-commerce metrics, sales data, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions. Experience in inventory management and the ability to forecast demand accurately. A customer-centric approach to e-commerce, with a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing e-commerce projects, including website updates, product launches, and promotions.
