    E-Content Design and Implementation Coordinator

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience at Grade 9 and above within MKU or at a similar position in a recognized academic institution.
    • ICT Certification in a relevant area of specialization
    • Experience in an elearning environment or in e-content design and implementation will be an added advantage

                                                  OR

    • Higher National Diploma in relevant area of specialization or a professional qualification.
    • 5 years’ experience at Grade 9 within MKU or in a similar position in a recognized academic institution.
    • ICT Certification in a relevant area of specialization
    • Experience in an e-learning environment or in e-content design and implementation will be an added advantage

    Key responsibilities also include

    • To create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
    • To design content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs and to optimize learning.
    • To state instructional end goals and document learning objectives and create content that matches them
    • To create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.
    • To visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
    • To conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
    • To provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
    • To create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
    • To maintain project documentation and course folder

    Requirements
