    Instructional Materials Editor

    MSU/ACA/DEC/02/26
    Requirements for Appointment:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Linguistics, Communication, or related field;
    • At least Three (3) years relevant work experience in academic or publishing/editing environment;
    • Excellent command of English language and strong editorial skills; and
    • Familiarity with eLearning instructional design principles will be an added advantage.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Edit and proofread instructional materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar and academic standards;
    • Ensure consistency and alignment of content with course objectives and university guidelines;
    • Work closely with faculty and instructional designers to enhance quality of learning materials;
    • Review course content for compliance with copyright and plagiarism policies; and
    • Maintain editorial standards across all eCampus-produced materials.
