Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for ECOP/COP-qualified Insurance Agents based in Nairobi County, Kenya.
• The role involves engaging with clients to offer tailored insurance solutions, providing advice on available policies, and guiding customers through the process of selecting and acquiring appropriate insurance coverage.
• Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting policy renewals, and ensuring exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and customer service skills.
• Experience and fluency in engaging with clients, providing clear guidance, and building long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with or experience in law enforcement, including knowledge of criminal investigations, evidence handling, and law enforcement processes, is advantageous for role-related regulatory compliance.
• ECOP or COP qualification in insurance is mandatory. Additional certifications or continuous professional development in the field of insurance is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, in addition to problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach with the ability to meet targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
