Electrical & Electronics Engineering Trainer at Kenyaplex Institute of Technology

Responsibilities

1. Provide high quality training to students.
2. Administer exams and CATS to students periodically.
3. Carry out periodic assessment on students and identify weak areas.
4. Prepare notes, schemes of work and lessons plans relevant to the subjects assigned.
5. Brief the management on the progress and areas which need improvement.
6. Attend staff meetings when requested.
7. Ensure that the institution's rules and regulations are upheld.

Qualifications

1. Higher National Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Power option) with pedagogy

OR

1. Bachelor of Education Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Institution.
2. Possession of strong leadership and decision making skills.
3. Good communication skills and strong command of English language.
4. Proven teaching experience
