Project Delivery/Management:

Roles and responsibilities –

• The EM will take up program management role to oversee all activities within the Fleming Fund project.
• Develop the project plan with timelines and deliverables and lead project to successful completion, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance
• Manage the smooth rollout and implementation of the project across as per agreed project plan and timelines
• Support hiring and managing of project teams and data collection agencies/external consultants
• Manage the project team including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of project
• Serve as the liaison between the client, consortium partners, IQVIA regional and country teams
• Provide technical leadership during project delivery
• Provide high level input to, and ensure the development of, client reports and presentations and delivers all or significant portions of findings to the client
• Negotiate and manage third party contracts for data collection and/or other activities
• Conduct on-site technical assistance visits to each county/country as needed/requested
• Represent IQVIA in stakeholder/client/consortium meetings
• Proactively mentor, coach and shares subject matter expertise with team members
