As an Enrolments Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our school's admissions by delivering a seamless and engaging experience for prospective families. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, manage the admissions process, and build lasting relationships with parents and guardians to ensure their journey is smooth and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary contact for prospective families, providing prompt, professional, and welcoming responses to inquiries.
• Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to student onboarding, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for families.
• Conduct school tours, open days, and other events to showcase Makini School value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current families to foster trust and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align admissions activities with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstratable 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in admissions, enrolment, or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
