An Electrical contracting company based in Nairobi is looking for an ERP Administrator: –

Job Title: ERP Administrator

Basic Requirement:
- Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) from a recognized university
- 2 years’ experience in Trimble Contract Master Software
Roles & responsibilities
- Liaison between Trimble Inc and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Trimble related hardware, software and user access problems
- Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability
- Assist in system upgrades, fixes, installations, and testing with technical teams and users
- Build positive working relationships with project team members, internal stakeholders and Trimble Inc.
- Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Server maintenance and backup
- Any other instructions from HOD
