    ERP Solutions Specialist

    We are seeking experienced ERP Solutions Specialists to lead the adoption and expansion of our ERP platform. This role combines direct sales, strategic business development, and staff training, ensuring our teams can effectively present and sell ERP solutions to business clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive ERP adoption
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual customer acquisition targets.
    • Build and foster strong relationships with branch managers and banking teams across assigned regions.
    • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.

    Training & Enablement

    • Design and implement comprehensive training programs on ERP platform features, benefits, and sales strategies.
    • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, talk tracks, and objection-handling guides.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to staff, helping them refine their ERP solution-selling skills.
    • Offer ongoing support to banking teams during early customer engagements.

    Product & Market Knowledge

    • Maintain deep expertise in ERP platform functionality, upcoming updates, and long-term product roadmap.
    • Understand industry-specific business needs and tailor solution recommendations accordingly.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in business management software.
    • Effectively communicate how our ERP solution integrates with payment and financing services.

    Customer Success & Implementation

    • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new ERP clients.
    • Monitor early adoption metrics, proactively addressing potential challenges to optimize long-term usage.
    • Gather customer feedback to guide product development and refinement strategies.
    • Develop case studies that highlight successful ERP implementations and measurable business outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in ERP, accounting, or business management solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
    • Experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales teams.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions (up to 60%).
