    Business Development Officer

    Key Role Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

    The role holder shall assist in marketing the company's products - shoes

    •  Explore and identify new business opportunities
    •  Train Junior staff on customer service
    •  Provide insights into new business and competitive positioning
    •  Analyse customer feedback data
    •  Determine most viable cost-effective approach to pursue business
    •  Create solid relationships within customers
    •  Supervisory of sales team
    •  Crafting sales plans/expenses report and realistic forecasts

    Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience and Skills)

    • Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or business-related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of working Experience in sales, with foot wear as an added advantage
    • Supervisory skills
    • Customer service experience an added advantage.
    • Must work with minimum supervision.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
