Job Description
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:

• Managing maintenance, repairs and renovation of projects in the Institute:
• Prepare maintenance schedules and budgets:
• Supervisory of contracted construction works and service providers in the Institute:
• Oversee repairs of facilities and develop health and safety reports to ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards:
• Maintain accurate records for all machines and equipment for accountability and planning purpose and any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Specification
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:

• A Diploma in Building Technology/Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant working experience:
• Accredited by National Construction Authority as supervisor of works:
• Proficiency in architectural construction soft wares will be an added advantage:
• Good leadership and supervisory skills:
• Good conflict and problem solving skills:
• Good communication/interpersonal and organizational skills:
• Proficiency in computer applications.
