Executive Driver at CDL Human Resource

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the employer and family members to various destinations.
•  Plan routes in advance, considering traffic and road conditions, to ensure punctual arrivals.
•  Maintain the vehicle in top condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, servicing, and ensuring all documentation (insurance, inspection) is up to date.
•  Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, brakes, fuel) before trips.
•  Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, servicing, and repairs.
•  Ensure strict adherence to traffic laws and road safety regulations.
•  Assist with loading/unloading of items, shopping, and luggage as needed.
•  Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding family matters at all times.
•  Be available and flexible to adjust to changing schedules or occasional travel outside Nairobi.
•  Represent the family with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with third parties

Requirements

• Ability to communicate comfortably in English Language
• (A minimum academic qualification of KCSE will be an advantage)
• Kenya ID
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Police of Certificate of Good Conduct
• Reference from previous employer (will be an advantage)
• Comfortable with the use of a Smartphone
• Conversant with Nairobi Road Network
• Very time conscious
