    Executive – Quality Assurance

    Job Purpose.

    Monitoring quality functions to have consistency in product quality, reduction in customer complaint and implementation of best practice and functional review with Assistant Manager Quality on daily basis.

    Job Description

    1. Conduct Root cause analysis for corrective action to avoid reoccurrence.
    2. Ensure annual verification of weighing scales and measuring instruments is done per schedule and have updated certificates.
    3. Ensure audits are done as per schedule.
    4. Annual internal audit for every plant and follow up on action plans.
    5. Ensure KEBS, HALAL audit compliance.
    6. Login non-conformity and escalate to supplier while also making follow up for corrective action.
    7. Plan shift schedule and implementation.
    8. Appraisal of quality assurance technicians.
    9. Identification of critical control points.
    10. Prepare proper training schedule and execute as per plan.
    11. Implement preventive actions through SOPs and checklists.
    12. Determining and agreeing with production teams on control methods which are measurable and at defined intervals to
    13. Determine critical operations parameters necessary for conformity.
    14. Review and approval of artwork.

    Education and Experience

    1. Degree in analytical chemistry, food science, science laboratory technology, chemical engineering, or any other science related fields.
    2.  5 years’ experience in manufacturing enterprise.
    3. Quick and accurate thinking when faced with multiple challenges.
    4. Good analytical skills.
    5. Proficient in the use of MS Office suites of packages.
    6. Excellent communication skills.
    7. ISO 9001:2015-QMS, Auditing skills,
